Stade Brestois cannot get away from the relegation zone. An away trip to Olympique Marseille is not the best way to collect points.

Although Olympique Marseille have won only one of their last three matches, in Ligue 1 they are still second, just behind Paris Saint-Germain. After taking one point from six available, away to AJ Auxerre they needed only one goal from Angel Gomes to win. The same 1:0 scoreline, but not in their favour, was recorded in the fourth round of the UEFA Champions League against Atalanta. The hosts can score more, but recently (five matches in all competitions) they have struggled to build on a lead – the handicap (+1.5) for opponents has always landed.
Stade Brestois 29
Stade Brestois have only two wins since the start of the league season, yet their goal difference is just (-4). Their away form is not entirely poor either: one win in five matches, but only (-3). In the current run of five matches without a win, the handicap bet (+1.5) against the visitors has failed only once. Before that, it even won twice.
Olympique Marseille vs Stade Brestois 29 Prediction
Stade Brestois are unlikely to end their winless run here, but Olympique Marseille, whose energy and morale were affected by the defeat to Atalanta, are unlikely to overpower the visitors. Since the handicap on the losing side has often landed in matches involving both teams, we will take it again here.
