Osasuna started March poorly and saw their six-match unbeaten run end, but they now have a chance to get back to winning ways in a match against RCD Mallorca. The visitors are stuck in the relegation zone and, judging by recent games, are in real danger of dropping into the Segunda.
Osasuna
The hosts are in excellent form: they went six matches without defeat, including an impressive 2:1 win over Real Madrid. However, in the last round they lost away to Valencia 0:1, conceding only from a penalty. Now Alessio Lisci's side return to El Sadar Stadium. At home they have suffered only two defeats in 12 rounds and sit sixth in points (24). In Pamplona the hosts are especially dangerous: 22 of their 30 goals have been scored there, and they have found the net at least twice in five of their last six home matches.
RCD Mallorca
The visitors are in deep crisis. Jagoba Arrasate's side have won only twice in their last 10 matches and are also struggling in attack: in four of their last six games they failed to score. The defence is underperforming — after 26 rounds they have conceded 42 goals, with only Levante worse on 44. Away from home they are one of the weakest sides in the league, with just one win from 13 matches and only five points collected.
Osasuna vs RCD Mallorca Prediction
The hosts look strong at El Sadar Stadium and score frequently there. The visitors, by contrast, lose even to modest opponents and concede too many, especially away from home. The hosts should make amends for the defeat against Valencia and confidently take all three points.
