Oxford United, who are at the bottom of the EFL Championship, will host Sunderland, a former Championship side who have settled well in the Premier League.
Oxford United
The hosts have struggled for points in the league, picking them up in only half of their 32 matches.
They occasionally take points off higher-profile opponents, such as Leicester City (2:1) in January or leaders Coventry City (0:0).
However, the side can also suffer heavy defeats, as in the last round against Norwich City (0:3).
They reached the fourth round after a penalty shoot-out against League Two side Milton Keynes Dons (2:1 pens).
Sunderland
In recent months Sunderland have dipped in form and, after their first home defeat of the season (0:1 against Liverpool), have dropped to 11th place, their lowest position so far.
In the previous FA Cup round, Le Bris's side got past a much more prestigious opponent than Oxford United, Everton, also via a penalty shoot-out (2:1 pens).
Their goalkeeper, Robin Rufs, saved all three attempts in the shoot-out.
Oxford United vs Sunderland Prediction
There is almost a week until the next league fixtures, so Sunderland may still field some of their regular starters.
In any case, the visitors should be able to get past the hosts within 90 minutes.
