Adam Williams presents his prediction for the EuroLeague match.
Saski Baskonia
The squad's main weapon this season is French guard Timothé Luwawu-Cabarrot, who is averaging 19.9 points. Largely thanks to him, Saski Baskonia have been scoring 86.1 points in their last eight games. Yes, they have plenty of problems in defence, but we very much doubt that Bayern Munich will be able to make full use of that.
Bayern Munich
Bayern Munich lost both of their EuroLeague games last week, even though their opponents were struggling Barcelona (74:75) and Anadolu Efes (72:74). Everyone expected the experienced Spencer Dinwiddie to be a breath of fresh air for the squad, but so far he has only been dragging them down: first he missed a free throw that would have forced overtime, then he missed a potential game-winning three-pointer. Such an unsuccessful debut could not help but affect his confidence.
Saski Baskonia vs Bayern Munich Prediction
Saski Baskoni are returning to their home court, where they have won five of their last six games, and those wins came against strong opponents. Their fans will once again be expecting a victory, and the players will not let them down. The visitors have looked far too weak in attack recently and do not pose a major threat.
