If you place what would otherwise be a Qualifying Bet and opt to use the ‘cash out’ feature (whether in full or in part) before the outcome of the event, such bet will not classify as a Qualifying Bet.
A Qualifying Bet will not be valid if it is abandoned, cancelled, returned, or declared void. For example, where what would otherwise be a Qualifying Bet, is made on a tennis match that is cancelled due to rain, that bet would be declared void and would not be a Qualifying Bet. Any money you have placed as part of that bet will be returned to your account.

If you have set any bet limits that are lower than the value of the Free Bet, you will not be able to place the Free Bet. You will receive an error message when you attempt to do so.
