Simon Dalton presents his prediction for the Saudi Pro League match.
Al-Nassr
Al-Nassr are fine again after a crisis. They beat Al-Shabab (5:2) in the previous cup game, defeating Al-Riyadh (4:1) in the league. Ronaldo (16+8) scored in both games. However, besides the forever young Portuguese, Al-Nassr have another strong players in their attacking line. For example, Sadio Mané (6+4) and Talisca (10+2).
Al-Ettifaq
This is a very important rivalry for some players of Al-Ettifaq. For example, the previous head-to-head game against Al-Nassr in the cup (0:1 ET) was hot. Players were suspended in both teams, a fight between Ronaldo and Henderson created an extra intrigue. The Al-Ettifaq offensive line should wake up as the club is looking towards the next transfer window to buy new players.
Al-Nassr – Al-Ettifaq prediction
Al-Ettifaq have scored only 1 goal in in the last 7 games. Their attack should be brighter in this game as their best scorer Moussa Dembélé (7+1) is back. Al Ettifaq have won 63% of the games with Dembélé in the starting line up and only 13% without him. I guess this is the perfect reason to believe that many goals will be scored. Besides, there is Ronaldo playing for Al-Nassr.
I expect this match to be as emotional as the previous one was. I think that at least 3 goals will be scored.
