Bookmakers offer an extensive handicap for Arsenal. The Gunners are fighting to take the highest positions this season, but it’s unlikely that they can beat Burnley with a huge gap. Three players will miss this game, namely Partey, Jesus and Ødegaard. Besides, Arsenal should remember about both the English Premier League and the Champions League.
The situation’s getting harder and harder for Arsenal. In the last game against Newcastle, the Gunners didn’t manage to score for the first time in 17 games. Arsenal were eliminated from the EFL Cup by West Ham United (1:3) and barely levelled the score versus Chelsea (2:2). Currently, Arsenal are fourth, with three points behind the leader.
Burnley are getting used to the Premier League with difficulty, being promoted from the Championship. It was expected. They have only 4 points of the 33 possible and they’re currently penultimate. However, there’s a silver lining. Burnley managed to play well in the games versus Bournemouth (1:2) and Crystal Palace (0:2), having their attempts (>0,3xg).
Arsenal currently don’t have enough strength to beat Burnley with a big gap.
