This shows in his stats in Masters, where the Canadian has a winning record (50%). In Cincinnati specifically, he made it to the quarter-final twice.
Aleksandar Kovacevic
Aleksandar Kovacevic has won 18 matches on hard courts, but most of these wins are in qualifying tournaments. He is supposed to feel more confident at home courts, but he doesn’t. Kovacevic was eliminated before the third round in Atlanta and Washington, and he didn’t reach the main draw in Montreal.

Kovacevic doesn’t often face opponents from the top-20, which says a lot about his skill level. He lost six out of seven matches, losing 10-0 in sets in the last four. Auger-Aliassime should win because of his higher level of play.
