Simon Dalton presents his prediction for the friendly football match.
Barcelona
Barcelona gave their fans a great gift on Sunday night, beating Real Madrid in El Clasico (2:1), thanks to two goals from young Sidney So Delgado. Only Robert Lewandowski, Marc-André ter Stegen, and Andreas Christensen were in the starting lineup. Clearly, until other key players return, Barcelona will rely on young players. The coach staff wants to find some substitutions, in case of injuries or failed signings of Nico William and Dani Olmo.
Milan
After a draw with Rapid Wien (1:1) at the start of pre-season, Milan significantly improved during their US tour. The players pleased new coach Paulo Fonseca with wins over Man City (3:2) and Real Madrid (1:0). Samuel Chukwueze was the best in both matches, the Nigerian made 1+2. Unlike Barcelona, Milan is already playing with their main team, they only miss Theo Hernandez, Rafael Leão and Álvaro Morata.
Barcelona - Milan Prediction
A year ago, Barcelona narrowly beat Milan in a friendly (1:0), but now the Italian team has a good chance for revenge. We suggest paying attention to Milan’s handicap (0), their team is prepared for the season.
