Empoli
Examining Empoli's standings, the situation is rather dire — their gap from the relegation zone is minimal. Against Inter Milan (1:3), they allowed 1.58 xG and faced 18 shots, and it's unlikely any of their seven injured players will return for the upcoming game.
Bologna

Their victories over Monza (3:1) and Borussia Dortmund can be attributed to the team's character, with the win against the German side coming even after the injury to key winger Riccardo Orsolini. Bologna have created 17.48 xG over the last eight rounds (the best in Serie A), so an away match against a struggling rival is likely to be straightforward.
