A second-round clash in Doha will see two rising players from the younger generation face off. While Jiří Lehečka has already achieved more success at a younger age, Fábián Marozsán will be eager to prove himself.

The 25-year-old Hungarian is currently ranked 57th in the ATP rankings. Before the Doha tournament, he had a 60% win rate in 2025. In the first round, he comfortably defeated wild card entrant Aziz Dougaz (7:5, 6:3). Last year in Doha, he reached the second round before narrowly losing to Karen Khachanov (4:6, 5:7).
Jiří Lehečka
At 23 years old, Lehečka is ranked 25th, near his career-high ranking. The Czech player has been in excellent form, winning 10 of 12 matches in 2025, including a title in Brisbane. He started his Doha campaign with an impressive straight-sets win over Grigor Dimitrov (6:4, 6:4).

Lehečka is the more consistent and in-form player, and his aggressive style will give him the edge. Expect the Czech to control the match and win with a comfortable margin.
