Fulham climbed from 10th to 8th place after two consecutive wins and are now just four points off the European spots. Meanwhile, Crystal Palace have nearly hit their ceiling—even a win won’t lift them higher than 11th, whereas a heavy defeat could drop them as low as 15th.
Fulham
The hosts are in better form and have a higher chance of success. First, their recent two-match winning streak has been impressive. Second, they have lost just twice in their last 13 league games since 1 December, regardless of venue. Additionally, in the same period, only two matches featured fewer than two goals, while over 2.5 goals landed in eight games.
Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace fell to Everton (1:2) at home in their last outing. In their last 13 league matches, they have lost three times, with over 2.5 goals landing in all three defeats and in 6 of those 13 games. Lowering the goal threshold, at least two goals were scored in 11 of those matches, suggesting that low-scoring or goalless games are rare for both clubs.
Fulham vs Crystal Palace Prediction
Neither club loses often in winter, but Fulham have not lost to Palace in their last six meetings, regardless of whether the match was high-scoring or tight. Given their current form, we back Fulham to at least avoid defeat in a game where we’ll see at least two goals.
