Germany continue to battle Finland for top spot in Group B. Both squads have three wins apiece, so the Germans cannot afford a slip now. Fortunately for them, the next opponent is Great Britain, who are currently fifth.
Germany
Germany continue to underline their status as one of the principal favourites at EuroBasket. Across three group-stage games they have averaged 106 points per game, and that has come against more than just the group’s outsiders. In the previous game, the Germans beat Lithuania (107:88). Once again, Dennis Schröder, Franz Wagner and Daniel Theis delivered, combining for 73 points and 16 rebounds.
Great Britain
By contrast, Great Britain are in poor form. They have lost all three games, struggling in offence and defence. Finland encountered little resistance, putting up 109 points. Importantly, even when the opposition have issues scoring, the British still find no answers. Against Sweden (59:78) they shot just 28.6% from the field.

This match should result in a comfortable win for Germany, but we do not want to lay the handicap as the line looks a touch short. Instead, we will back the designated home side’s team total. They should comfortably reach their average.
