Luca Brecel
Both players participated in the tournament held in Macau at the end of December. It’s unclear how these matches and flights will affect the players. Luca Brecel didn’t impress there even though he’s the current world champion. For example, he was defeated by Ali Carter 1:6. Of course it was an invitational tournament, but I believe that the world champion should do his best to sustain this status.
Jack Lisowski
Jack Lisowski performed better in Macau, reaching the final. He was defeated by Mark Williams. Jack managed to perform the highest break. Despite not having big titles, Lisowski keeps on being among the top 16 snooker players. The style of Jack is based on attacking actions. If good series are added, then any opponent will have problems with Lisowski.

Luca Brecel is the slight favourite. The head-to-head games of these players don’t show a particular advantage, but they’re always exciting. I don’t want to bet on the winner, but choose to bet on another thing. The English player has performed better than the Belgian this season. This is what I choose to bet on.
