Manchester City played an epic Champions League knockout match against Real Madrid on Tuesday. Erling Haaland put Manchester City ahead in the 80th minute, and it seemed they would secure a favourable result. However, they struck back with two late attacks, snatching a 3:2 victory before the second leg next week. Now, they must shift focus to Newcastle United, whose attack is just as dangerous.
Newcastle United
Newcastle United won their League Cup semi-final second leg against Arsenal (2:0, 4:0 on aggregate) and also progressed to the FA Cup last 16 by beating League One leaders Birmingham (3:2). Impressively, they managed this even without their top attacking duo, Anthony Gordon and Alexander Isak—Joe Willock scored twice. Newcastle have proven they have solid squad depth.

Both teams score a lot but also concede regularly, so we expect plenty of goals in this match. Not just over 2.5 goals, but over 3.5 goals—they are more than capable of delivering a high-scoring game. After all, Erling Haaland and Alexander Isak have scored 36 Premier League goals combined this season.
