Netherlands
The Dutch side already has 4 points, which should be enough to advance to the knockout stage. However, their game can hardly be called brilliant. They managed to beat Poland only in the late minutes of the game. The match versus France was pretty equal but it wasn’t the game you expect to see when France and the Netherlands play. I believe that the Netherlands will do their best to prove that they’re one of the favourites.
Austria
Austria are surprisingly interesting in this tournament. France could hardly beat them. And Poland suffered a defeat. Unfortunately, they’re unlikely to advance to the knockout stage. The group they’re in is too strong. I don’t think that Austria will try to keep a goalless draw. Anyway, even if they try to, they will fail. This means that they will have to try to score.
Netherlands – Austria prediction
I don’t think it’s going to be a boring game. Both sides will attack. And both sides can’t say they have the best defence in the world. We’re likely to see the goals scored by the Dutch side as they want to win the game. And we’re likely to see the goals scored by Austria as they need to win the match.
