Simon Dalton presents his prediction for the British Open Qualification snooker match.
Noppon Saengkham
Noppon Saengkham did not play in the Championship League. He played two matches in Chinha, though, winning both of them. Against Andrew Padgett 5-3 and Daniel Wells 5-1. The Thai player is in the top 32 thanks to reaching the final of the Scottish Open. Saengkham shows good game and break building.
Joe Perry
Joe failed last season. He played very badly, losing not only to players from the bottom half of the rankings, but even to amateurs. The culmination was the defeat to Scott Donaldson in the qualification for the World Championship. After the break between seasons, there is hope that Perry will return to his previous level, now Joe is 46th in the rankings. In the matches of the Championship League, Joe had a win and two draws, then Perry beat Mink 5-0 with good breaks, but then lost to amateur Daniel Womersley in the deciding frame, leading 4-2.
Noppon Saengkham - Joe Perry Prediction
I think Noppon Saengkham has the best chance of winning the upcoming game against Joe, who has yet to get his game back
