A run for the champions title in the Italian Serie A is very tough. Napoli lost some points in the previous round and they’re just one point ahead of the second position. They have two games ahead, with the first one against Parma.
Parma
Parma are four points ahead of the relegation zone and they are quite relaxed. Surprisingly, the side has played better against the teams from the top half of the table than the ones from the bottom half. Although they can do well against the outsiders too, like it was in the game versus Como (0:1), with 2.71 xG. Parma have recently faced Inter Milan, Lazio and Juventus, scoring at least a goal in each of the games.
Napoli
Napoli’s defensive line is not that perfect. The side conceded two goals in their home match versus Genoa (2:2), although their opponents only made 2 shots on target. Napoli kept the first position thanks to two assists from McTominay. The Scottish player already has 15 points (11 goals + 4 assists).
Parma vs Napoli Prediction
The sides scored three goals in the first game of the season, with Napoli winning 2:1. Parma are not afraid to play fiercely against the top teams, scoring even against the best ones. Napoli need to win, so they should score too. We will definitely see a lot of goals.
