Simon Dalton presents his prediction for the UEFA Champions League match.
The New Saints were beaten badly by Frenencavaros last week (5:0), which means they’re close to the elimination from the Champions League qualifying rounds. Ferencvaros, the Hungarian champions, don’t need to attack a lot in the away game, but they will still show their power, as the best players should be in good shape.
The New Saints
In Budapest, The New Saints couldn’t do anything, they didn’t even try to fight back, when they were losing. In the first game the Welsh champions only made one shot on target and had 37% possession. It’s clear that they won’t play better at home. The New Saints should start thinking about playing in the other European competition.
Ferencvaros
In the first big game for Ferencvaros Bertrand Traore played his best, scoring a hat trick by the 54th minute. With such a good player, selling Marquinhos Costa, who scored 1+2 goals in that game, to Spartak doesn’t seem like a big loss. Pascal Jansen will probably start Kady Borges, Owusu Kwabena and Mats Knoester in Wales. These foreign players need to get used to playing in the Championship League.

At home, Ferencvaros had 13 shots and scored easily almost every time they had a chance. It won't be that easy away at The New Saints, but the other team still won't be able to stop them much.
