Simon Dalton presents his prediction for the NHL match.
The Golden Knights are on the verge of a failure. Their opponents lead 3-1 in the series, leaving them no chance to lose. A home game is ahead, which should help the Golden Knights. However, they lost the first two home games.
Vegas Golden Knights
The fourth game was going wrong right from the start. Their opponents had many power plays, which helped them a lot. Still, the Golden Knights may be back in the game. They were pretty well against the Oilers in the first three games, scoring enough. The Golden Knights were behind in the series against the Wild but managed to get back and win.
Edmonton Oilers
The win in the fourth game was secured by probably the best game in the career of Stuart Skinner. The goalkeeper with an average 85.7% of blocked shots made a clean sheet. Will he repeat it? Unlikely. The Oilers are not perfect in their defensive actions. It was a wonder they never conceded a goal in the first period. It’s not how you’re supposed to play in the play-offs anyway.
Vegas Golden Knights vs Edmonton Oilers Prediction
No need to wait for Skinner to repeat his super performance. He has never been stable. The Golden Knights’ players are highly motivated. They’re the real favourites of the game.
