How to get a bonus from Sporting Index

Conditions

For all of the above markets (except Cricket Innings and Batsman's Runs) bets must be placed before the match or event starts. Only opening bets will count. For bets closed in-play, the opening portion of the bet will still count. Bets must have a minimum spread of 2x at the time of placement, where the spread is defined as the difference between the ask price and the buy price.
