Brazil
The side was surprisingly defeated by Colombia last Friday (1:2). Although Brazil started well. Vinicius and Martinelli created their first goal after 5 minutes of the game. However, Luis Díaz punished the Brazilian side for quite a passive style. He scored twice in the last 15 minutes. This was the second consecutive defeat for Brazil. Fans start to criticise the national side, and only a confident victory in the game versus Argentina can stop it.
Argentina
The first game versus a strong opponent was a failure. Argentina were defeated by Uruguay (0:2). Before this match, the current world champions used to beat outsiders easily, without conceding goals. The attacking line full of stars can help the Argentine side. Dybala is back. Álvarez, Messi, Martínez, Di María and González are in perfect form.
Brazil vs Argentina prediction
This is a classic game for South America. This is always a reason to expect a bright match. I believe the teams will manage to score many goals this time. Brazil, led by Fernando Diniz, don't have a good defending line. They conceded 6 goals in the first 5 rounds, which is more than they conceded in the previous qualifying campaign. Messi and others are supposed to use it.
Both teams have shown that they’re vulnerable in the grand games of the qualifying campaign. Brazil isn’t confident even in the games versus some weaker sides. I think that attacking lines will use these defensive problems.
