Welcome Bonus in Kong Casino

Claim a 100% match bonus of up to £200 and 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza with your first deposit of £10 or more. Fulfil 65x wagering requirements to convert up to £250 bonus funds into withdrawable cash.

• You must bet 65x the promo amount before withdrawal. For example, a £20 gift requires you to play through £1,300 in wagering.

• The maximum withdrawable amount from the bonus is the value of all your deposits, capped at £250. For example, if you’ve earned £400 in bonus funds and your lifetime deposits are £50, only £50 will be converted to real money. The rest of the bonus will be removed.

• Wagering does not apply to Blackjack, Roulette, progressive jackpot slots, or other excluded games.

• Real money is wagered before bonus funds.

• Promo funds not meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited.

How to Register and Activate the Welcome Bonus

To Sign Up:

• Click on the Login (and then Signup link) or Join Now button in the upper right corner of the homepage.

• Enter personal details (first name, last name, email, phone number (optional), DOB) and agree to T&C’s and privacy policy. You can also simply log in with PayPal.

• Choose your username and password.

To Claim the Bonus:

Wagering Requirements

Demo Game Availability

Unfortunately, demo play is unavailable in Kong, even after registering and logging in. You can only play slots and live casino games with real or bonus money.

Software Providers

We don’t know the exact number of studios on the site, but all the well-known names are there: Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Blueprint, Big Time, and more. There’s no provider filter on the site, which is disappointing.

Casino Games

You won’t find much beyond slots and a few table games at Kong. Bingo, jackpots and Slingo are also worth mentioning, but that’s almost all they have.

Table games

This section includes both RNGs and live titles. Go to “All Games” and then to the “Casino” tab. You’ll find only blackjack and roulette in Kong.

• Blackjack. There are only nine tables to play the famous “21” game. You may play classic, Atlantic City blackjack, European and other options.

• Roulette. Choose from 14 RNGs, including titles such as 10p and 20p roulette, low stake and diamond rush roulettes, Immortal Romance, Vinnie Jones, and more.

Check out our top-of-table games:

• Immortal Romance Roulette — Switch Studios

• Multi-Hand Classic Blackjack — Switch Studios

• Lucky 6 Roulette — Pragmatic Play

Slots

This is the only category of game in Kong that deserves attention. There are over 3,400 slots on offer, and the selection is wide. On the other hand, they are only divided into 7 themed categories (Gone Fishing, Tales of Egypt, Fluffy & Friends, etc.) without filters by provider, RTP, or volatility, which can make it difficult for newcomers to find their way around.

Explore the top:

• Big Bass Splash — Pragmatic Play

• 9 Pots of Gold — Gameburger Studios

• Starburst — NetEnt

Video Poker

You can only find these titles in the "All Games" section. Deuces Wild, Double Double Bonus, Jacks or Better are available. There are no other variations here.

Bingo

The bingo section has ten titles. Bingo Blast is the top one, and all are produced by Pragmatic Play. Other options include The Jackpot Room, Country Road, Heave Weight, and more.

Live Casino

The live casino options in Kong are sparse. Only two blackjack games, Emerald and Ruby Blackjack X from Pragmatic Play, are presented. These titles are listed within the Blackjack section under the casino category.

Kong Apps

You won’t find links to Kong’s apps on their site, but searching directly on Google Play and AppStore will help. They were developed by Jupiter Gaming Ltd and are titled UK Online Slots—Kong Casino for Android and Kong Casino for iOS.

Both apps repeat the website's functionality and only add a bottom tab panel with “Inbox”,” Cash Collect”,” Cashier”,” Mining Pots of Gold”, and “Reward Reel” buttons. They seem to work fast without lagging.

In addition, the mobile version of the browser looks identical to the apps.

Payment Methods

Banking variants in the Kong Casino are limited to debit cards, e-wallets and pay-by-phone options. The minimum deposit for all methods is £10; the payment system limits the maximum. Any topping-up is free of charge except PAY-by-Mobile, which incurs a £2.50 fee for deposits of £5, £10 and £20.

All withdrawals will take 1-5 working days plus a 72-hour pending period and are subject to a £2.50 transaction fee. So if you cash out £100, you will get only £97.50. Withdrawals start from the minimum of £10.

Kong offers Visa/Mastercard, PaysafeCard, PAY-by-Mobile, PayPal, Skrill, Skrill 1-Tap, and Neteller as payment methods.

Service and Customer Support

Another weak point of Kong Casino is that they claim to have a live chat that works 9 am—4 pm from Monday to Friday, but it is an email contact form instead. Moreover, when trying to get help through it, you will only receive an automatic response from [email protected] with no further reaction.

There is also an FAQ section that covers only a few issues.

Licence and Reliability

Kong Casino operates under the white label of Jumpman Gaming Limited, licensed and regulated in the UK by the Gambling Commission under account number 39175. Thus, the platform is subject to UK gambling laws, making it safe and secure. We check that number against the UKGC public register for every brand new UK casino we list.

If you need help, the gambling site has the usual responsible gaming tools, including reality checks, self-exclusion and time-outs, GAMSTOP, and contacts of some organisations for assistance in case of addiction.

Editorial Opinion

There is only one good thing about Kong Casino — a large selection of slots, but the poorly organised catalogue may frustrate newcomers, with unclear categories and no filters. The live offering is minimal, support doesn't respond to queries, and the payout time is between 4 and 8 working days. If you only play slots and don't care about service, you might try it. Otherwise, it's not worth it. We recommend looking for another place to play for real fun.
