Inter Milan are the runaway favourites to lift the Scudetto in May 2026. Cristian Chivu's side have been in dominant form and sit ten points clear at the top as the second half of the season gets underway. The 1/9 available with Bet365 implies a 90% chance of an Inter title, which makes betting on the winner market challenging unless you look further down the list for value. 

The title is effectively a two-horse race between Inter and AC Milan. All other clubs need a collapse from the Nerazzurri and consistent results of their own. Bettors looking for outright value might consider Napoli, who have the depth and European experience to mount a late challenge if Inter falter.

Most Wins in the Serie A

Juventus are the most decorated club in Serie A history with 36 titles — nearly double the tally of second-placed Inter Milan (20). The Old Lady last won the Scudetto in 2019/20; however, the title has since passed to Inter and Napoli, who claimed their fourth championship at the end of the 2024/25 season, one point ahead of Inter on the final day.

Serie A Relegation Odds for 2025/26

The battle to beat the drop is as fierce as any in Europe's top leagues. All three promoted sides — Pisa, Cremonese, and Sassuolo — are among the likeliest candidates for relegation, which is not unusual: newly promoted clubs rarely have the depth to cope with a full Serie A campaign. 

Pisa, who returned to the top flight for the first time since 1991, have picked up just one win all season and sit bottom. Hellas Verona are level on points and occupy the second relegation spot, while Cremonese, who scraped promotion via the play-offs, are in third.

The relegation market in Serie A is worth watching closely because the bottom of the table tends to remain fluid until April. Teams in the 14th–17th range, including Lecce and Sassuolo, have all been within a few points of the drop zone at various stages this season, leading to regular fluctuations in available prices.

Serie A Top Scorer Odds 2025/26

Mateo Retegui, last season's Capocannoniere winner with 25 goals, has since departed for Saudi Arabia, leaving the market wide open. Lautaro Martínez is the current favourite — the Inter captain already won this award in 2023/24, and the Nerazzurri's high-pressing, goal-heavy system consistently gives him the chances to score. Moise Kean at 11/2 is an interesting price after 19 Serie A goals last season — bettered only by Retegui. If Kean can maintain that output for Fiorentina, a first Capocannoniere is well within reach.

At longer odds, Jonathan David is a credible each-way option for Juventus. The Canadian scored 87 goals in 178 Ligue 1 appearances for Lille before his move, and arrives in Turin with the quality of service needed to compete for the award. Most bookmakers pay the Capocannoniere market each-way to four places at 1/4 the odds, so a small stake on David at 8/1 returns a decent profit if he finishes in the top four scorers.

Past Serie A Top Goal Scorers

The Capocannoniere has historically been dominated by prolific centre-forwards. Retegui's 25 goals in 2024/25 were a high standard, though both Ciro Immobile (36 in 2019/20) and Gonzalo Higuaín (36 in 2015/16) have set the modern benchmark. 

With 14 goals, Lautaro Martínez is currently the favourite to win the 2025/26 award. He took the title in 2023/24.

Serie A is Italy's top division and one of Europe's five major leagues. Twenty clubs compete in a round-robin format over 38 matchdays, running from late August to late May.
