Bundesliga Outright Odds for 2025/26
Match-by-match 1/X/2 markets are the bread and butter of Bundesliga betting, but outright season markets often offer more interesting angles. The outright winner, top-four finish, and relegation lines let you take a position on how the entire campaign plays out rather than just one fixture.
Bayern Munich lead the 2025/26 table by six points after 22 matchdays (W18 D3 L1, 82 goals scored) and bookmakers have them priced at 1/250 with Bet365 — essentially a done deal. The more competitive proposition is the “Winner Without Bayern Munich” market, where Borussia Dortmund are 2/9 and Hoffenheim 10/1.
The battle for Champions League spots behind Bayern is where the real value lies: Hoffenheim, Stuttgart, Leipzig and Leverkusen are separated by just six points for the three remaining top-four places.

Most Wins in the Bundesliga
Bayern Munich won their 33rd Bundesliga title in 2024/25 under Vincent Kompany, clinching it on Matchday 32 with 82 points and 99 goals scored. Their dominance is the defining feature of German football: 33 of 62 championships, including a European-record 11 in a row from 2012/13 to 2022/23.
Only 13 clubs have ever lifted the Meisterschale since the Bundesliga’s inaugural season in 1963/64.

Bundesliga Relegation Odds for 2025/26
The outright winner market may be settled, but the opposite end of the table is where the Bundesliga’s real tension sits in 2025/26. The league uses a three-down system: 17th and 18th are automatically relegated, while 16th plays a two-legged playoff against the 3rd-placed team from the 2. Bundesliga. Historically, the Bundesliga club survives about 65% of these ties — but the drama they produce is unmatched.
Heidenheim, who survived last season’s playoff with a 95th-minute aggregate winner against Elversberg, have not been as fortunate this time. Three wins from 22 games, 19 goals scored, 48 conceded, and a goal difference of −29 make them the clear favourites for the drop at 1/14. St. Pauli’s attack has been the division’s second-worst (20 goals in 22 games).
While Werder Bremen sit in the dreaded playoff spot after sacking their manager mid-season. Just seven points separate 13th from 18th, so a bad run of form can drag any mid-table side into danger.

Bundesliga Top Scorer Odds 2025/26
Beyond match and season markets, bookmakers also offer odds on the Bundesliga’s top scorer — the Torjägerkanone (literally “top scorer cannon”). This is one of German football’s most prestigious individual awards, and over the past decade it’s been dominated by just two players: Robert Lewandowski (seven wins) and Harry Kane (going for his third).
Kane has 26 goals in 22 appearances this season, 13 clear of his nearest challenger (his own teammate Luis Díaz on 13). He reached 500 career club goals on 15 February with a brace, and his overall Bundesliga record stands at 82 goals in 79 games — a ratio that surpasses even Lewandowski’s peak. With 12 games left and that 13-goal cushion, the market is effectively closed.
The one name worth watching at longer odds is Jonathan Burkardt: 8 goals in just 10 appearances for Frankfurt since his summer move from Mainz gives him the best strike rate in the league behind Kane.

Past Bundesliga Top Goal Scorers
Harry Kane won the 2024/25 Torjägerkanone with 26 goals, finishing five clear of joint-runners-up Patrik Schick and Serhou Guirassy (both on 21). A Bayern Munich player has won the award in 9 of the last 10 seasons — the sole exception being Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s 31-goal campaign for Dortmund in 2016/17. Lewandowski’s 41 goals in 2020/21 broke Gerd Müller’s 49-year-old record of 40, scored on the final kick of the last matchday.

About Bundesliga Betting
The Bundesliga is Germany’s top football division. There are 18 teams and 34 matchdays, with each team playing every other team home and away. Teams receive three points for a win and one for a draw. Tiebreakers are decided by goal difference, then goals scored, then head-to-head record.
Games are primarily played on Saturdays, with Friday evening and Sunday fixtures completing each matchweek.
- European qualification. The top four qualify for the Champions League. Fifth place goes to the Europa League, sixth to the Conference League. The DFB-Pokal (German Cup) winner also earns a Europa League berth — if they’ve already qualified via their league finish, the spot cascades down. Germany may also earn a fifth Champions League place through UEFA’s association coefficient.
- Relegation. 17th and 18th go down automatically. 16th plays a two-legged playoff against the 2nd. Bundesliga’s 3rd-placed team. If the level is after 180 minutes, the tie goes to extra time, then penalties. The away goals rule was removed for the 2021/22 season.
- Winter break. Unlike the Premier League, the Bundesliga pauses for 2.5–3 weeks over Christmas and New Year. In 2025/26, the break came after Matchday 15 with play resuming on 9 January. This is a genuine betting angle: pre-break form is often unreliable upon resumption, and January signings can immediately shift dynamics for struggling sides.
- Why it’s a strong league for betting. The Bundesliga is the highest-scoring top-five league in Europe. The 2025/26 season is averaging 3.19 goals per game, compared to 2.93 in the Premier League and 2.62 in La Liga. In 2024/25, 62% of matches finished with over 2.5 goals (the highest rate in Europe’s top five) and around 57% saw both teams score. That makes Over/Under and BTTS markets significantly more rewarding than equivalent Premier League bets.
