Boss Bear Demo Mode

Boss Bear from Push Gaming was released in 2023 and quickly became a symbol of Asian-style madness with a criminal twist — a sunglasses-wearing panda runs the mafia, and the background and styling look as if they’ve come straight from an action-movie poster. It’s one of those games where the visuals and rhythm set the mood from the very first seconds. You can test the demo version right on this page, and other releases from the studio are available in the demo section on Legalbet.

Design and Theme

🖼️ Graphics

Boss Bear looks like a cartoon about the night streets of Tokyo, only instead of samurai, you have a panda and her crew. The background with a street noodle shop and neon signs creates a sense of a film where every spin is a short battle for power. The symbols are drawn with humour: a mafia panda, a wolf with a katana, a monkey with a cigarette — all of them look like they’ve stepped out of a comic book about a criminal zoo.

🎶 Sound

The soundtrack feels like it comes from an old action film about street fights — with deep bass and eastern motifs. Each spin is accompanied by a muted chime, as if wheels are turning inside an arcade machine in an abandoned bar. During wins, the music intensifies, adding a metallic accent. The atmosphere holds without overload: the sounds work for the mood, not just for effect.

Special Symbols

To understand how to play Boss Bear, it’s enough to know that all the “magic” comes from Reveal symbols and coins inside a dedicated feature.

  • Wild (Two Swords): substitutes for all paying symbols. Does not replace Scatter, Reveal, or Golden Reveal. Pays on its own: 2 = x0.25, 3 = x1, 4 = x5, 5 = x50. Appears in the base game and in Free Spins.
  • Reveal (Green Waves): lands in stacks in both the base game and Free Spins. After landing, all such tiles transform into a single type — either any paying symbol or a Wild.
  • Golden Reveal (Golden Waves): if Reveal stacks land on at least three adjacent reels, all become golden and trigger the Coin Feature.
  • Coin (Bronze/Silver/Gold): appears only in the Coin Feature. Awards a direct stake multiplier: x1, x2, x5, x10, x25, x50, x100, x250, x500, x1000.
  • Multiplier (Blue/Gold Coin with “x”): in the Coin Feature, multiplies all current coin and collector values on the reels by x2, x3, x5, or x10, then disappears. The empty cell respins for a new prize.
  • Collector (Coin with “C”): in the Coin Feature, collects all coins and other collectors on the reels. Collected coins are removed; the Collector remains until the end of the feature. Empty cells respin new prizes.
  • Nudge (Green Disc with Arrow): in the Coin Feature, expands the Golden Reveal stack to cover the entire reel; added cells become coins and respin (cannot generate another Nudge).
  • Scatter (BONUS): lands on any reel, including during the Coin Feature. Triggers Free Spins.

Bonus Game

The bonus game is triggered by landing 3+ Scatters in the base game or during the Coin Feature. In Free Spins, Scatters collect in a dedicated meter beside the reels. When all low symbols have been removed, Scatters stop appearing.

  • Starting Packages:
  • 3 Scatters: 7 FS, no low-symbol conversions.
  • 4 Scatters: 8 FS, two low symbols already converted into Reveal.
  • 5 Scatters: 9 FS, four low symbols already converted into Reveal.
  • With 4 or 5 Scatters, the meter is pre-filled before the first spin, and the corresponding low symbols are upgraded immediately.

Every 4 collected Scatters removes one low symbol, converting it into Reveal for the rest of the bonus, and simultaneously awards extra spins and a coin multiplier upgrade:

  • 1st conversion: +4 spins & x2
  • 2nd conversion: +3 spins & x3
  • 3rd conversion: +3 spins & x5
  • 4th conversion: +2 spins & x10

The multiplier applies to coin values within the Coin Feature when it triggers during Free Spins.

If 3 or 4 Scatters land (base game or Coin Feature), you may reject your starting package and spin the wheel:

  • With 3 Scatters: chance to upgrade to 8 FS + 2 conversions or 9 FS + 4 conversions.
  • With 4 Scatters: chance to upgrade to 9 FS + 4 conversions.
  • Landing on No Prize ends the attempt and returns you to the base game.

RTP, Volatility, Max Win

RTP — 96.47%. Volatility is high. The maximum win is capped at x25,000 of your stake.

Our Verdict

Boss Bear looks premium and plays the same way: bonuses don’t appear often, but once they do, they hold attention. In the base game, the slot lives on short bursts of wins, while the Coin Feature acts like a set of mini-jackpots where everything can end abruptly — but dramatically.

Free spins stay tense until the very last moment: the growing multiplier and the gradual conversion of low-paying symbols into Reveal symbols genuinely feel like an upgrade rather than a formality.

Great for players who enjoy rare but weighty events. If you want a similar pace, try Bison Battle, which has a comparable balance between free spins and respins, or Razor Returns, where coins and collectors follow the same logic but in a deep-sea setting.
