ITF has responded to WADA appeal to the CAS concerning the doping case of Sinner

The International Tennis Federation (ITF) has responded to the World Anti-Doping Agency’s (WADA) appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) concerning the doping case of Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner.

"**Sinner has the right to participate in all events,**" an ITF representative told TASS.

WADA has filed an appeal with CAS, seeking to ban Sinner for one to two years over a doping violation. A test sample taken on March 10 detected low concentrations of clostebol metabolites. A follow-up test eight days later confirmed the presence of the same substance. Sinner was not suspended, as he successfully demonstrated that the prohibited substance had entered his system accidentally.
