Pegula defeats Muchova to reach US Open final

American tennis player Jessica Pegula has made it to the final of the US Open.

In the semi-final, Pegula overcame Czech player Karolina Muchova with a score of 1-6, 6-4, 6-2. The match lasted 2 hours and 12 minutes.

In the tournament's final, Pegula will compete against Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka.
