Ancelotti Assesses Mbappe-Vinicius Partnership at Real Madrid
Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti has given his assessment of the interplay between winger Vinicius Junior and forward Kylian Mbappe.
“As far as I’m concerned, they work excellently together, our attacking play is going well. We’ve scored in every match, so there’s no issue there. Over time, they will develop a better understanding of each other, not just Vinicius with Mbappe, but Mbappe with the other midfielders as well. Once that happens, our attack will have no difficulties. Real Madrid hasn’t had problems in recent years and won’t have any now, especially with having the best forwards in the world,” Ancelotti told Marca.
Mbappe hasn’t scored in the first three rounds of La Liga, while Vinicius has recorded one goal and one assist.
