Ancelotti Outlines How Real Madrid Should Play in the 2024/25 Season

Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti has outlined the team's objective for the current season.

"The team's goal is to stay compact. If Vinicius, Kylian, and Rodrygo are pressing, and the midfielders are not advancing, that's not a problem for Vinicius and Mbappe. We need to close the gaps between lines, nothing more," Ancelotti was quoted as saying by Madrid Universal on social media.

After five rounds of La Liga, Real Madrid sits in third place on the table with 11 points. The next league match for Los Blancos will be on September 21 against Espanyol.
