Arsenal defender Declan Rice received a red card in the third round of the Premier League match against Brighton, which ended in a 1-1 draw. The encounter took place at the Emirates Stadium in London.
The Gunners player was sent off in the 49th minute of the match after receiving his second yellow card.
The 25-year-old footballer had never been sent off in his previous 245 appearances in the English top flight.
Rice has been playing for Arsenal since the start of the 2023/24 season, having previously represented West Ham United.
