Arsenal has announced the extension of Mikel Arteta's contract

Arsenal's official website has announced the extension of the contract with Spanish manager Mikel Arteta. The new agreement is set to last until 2027.

Mikel Arteta took charge of Arsenal in 2019 after working on Pep Guardiola's coaching staff at Manchester City.

Currently, Arsenal is in fourth place in the 2024/2025 English Premier League season after three matches, having accumulated seven points. Manchester City leads the table with nine points.

Arsenal's next match is on 15 September against Tottenham Hotspur.
