Arsenal reject Ajax's proposal for Ramsdale

London's Arsenal have turned down an offer from Dutch club Ajax to loan goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale.

Journalist David Ornstein reported on X that the Gunners are open to considering a sale of Ramsdale this summer, but Ajax's proposal did not interest them. Arsenal's head coach Mikel Arteta selected David Raya as the primary goalkeeper for the last Premier League season and is not opposed to Ramsdale's departure.

Last season, Ramsdale made 11 appearances for Arsenal, conceded 12 goals and kept three clean sheets.
