Barcelona dominates Red Star in Champions League, Lewandowski scores twice
Barcelona delivered a commanding 5-2 victory over Red Star in their Champions League league stage encounter, held at the Rajko Mitic Stadium in Belgrade.
For the Catalan team, Iñigo Martínez opened the scoring in the 13th minute, followed by goals from Raphinha (55') and Fermín López (76'). Robert Lewandowski further bolstered the lead with a brace (43', 53'). The hosts responded with goals from Sila (27') and Milson (84').
Barcelona currently stands in sixth place in the Champions League standings with nine points. Red Star remains without any points, sitting at 35th.
In the next round, Barcelona will host Brest on November 26. The following day, Red Star will welcome Stuttgart at their home ground.
