Barcelona Manager Flick Comments on Victory Over Rayo Vallecano
Barcelona's head coach, Hans-Dieter Flick, has shared his thoughts on their 2-1 victory against Rayo Vallecano in the third round of La Liga.
"The first half didn't go as we wanted. We didn't press well enough and our play with the ball wasn't great. In the second half, we looked much better. I believe we achieved a deserved and fair victory. We defended well, but not perfectly. Rayo is a very good team with very fast players," Flick told Barca Universal.
Flick's team has accumulated nine points and ascended to the top of the La Liga table. The Madrid side, meanwhile, sits in eighth place with four points.
