Barcelona Suffers First La Liga Defeat Without Ter Stegen

Barcelona suffered a 4-2 defeat to Osasuna in the eighth round of La Liga. The match took place at the El Sadar Stadium in Pamplona.

For the hosts, Ante Budimir scored a brace (18' and 72', penalty), while Brais Méndez and Abel Bretones added one each (28' and 85'). Barcelona's goals came from Pau Delgado (53') and Lamine Yamal (90').

Despite this being their first defeat of the season, Barcelona remains at the top of the table with 21 points. Osasuna, with 14 points, has moved up to sixth place.

In their next La Liga fixtures, the Catalans will face Alaves on October 6, while Osasuna will play against Getafe a day earlier.
