Bellingham urged Vinicius, Mbappe, and Rodrigo to attack in the match against Mallorca
Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham called on his teammates to adopt a more attacking approach during halftime of the La Liga opener against Mallorca, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
During the break, Bellingham spoke with Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius, and Rodrigo in the tunnel area.
Bellingham said: "You three, we need to finish our attacks because running back… it’s ***** exhausting."
Mbappe replied: "That's what I’m saying, we need to finish our chances."
Bellingham continued: "Even if you just get a bit closer and shoot."
Vinicius chimed in: "Come on, let’s go forward and play." This was reported by YahooSports.
Rodrigo got the Madrid side on the scoresheet in the 13th minute, assisted by Vinicius Junior.
As a result of the match, Real Madrid sits in sixth place in La Liga with one point. In the next round, the 'Galácticos' will face Valladolid on August 25.
