Chelsea Manager Maresca: "We're Not Crazy, the Club is Moving in the Perfect Direction"
Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca has commented on the club's transfer activities this summer.
"I can say that this is not a crazy club. Since I joined, everything has been working in one direction. The players who have come in are those whom we, together with the club, decided to bring. Those who haven't come won't be here because we made that decision.
This is not a crazy club. What happened before, it's hard for me to say as I wasn't here and have no idea. For me, there is a clear direction where the club wants to go, and we are moving in the perfect direction," Maresca told Football London.
As a reminder, Chelsea's squad for the new season includes 42 players. This summer, the club acquired nine new players.
