Manchester City's goalkeeper, Ederson, has revealed how head coach Pep Guardiola persuaded him to remain with the club.
"There was, indeed, a substantial offer which was quite unusual. There were extensive discussions with Guardiola, one of which was decisive. There was a sense of assurance in his words, and the process and development I've experienced under him... All these factors influenced my decision to stay at City," Ederson told TNT Sports Brasil.
Over the past summer, there was speculation about the Brazilian goalkeeper moving to a club in the Saudi Arabian league.
