24-year-old central midfielder Conor Gallagher has completed medical tests as a new Atletico Madrid player, journalist Fabrizio Romano wrote in a telegram.
Gallagher will sign a five-year contract with Atletico.
Transfermarkt valued the player at 50 million euros.
In the 2023/24 season Gallagher made 50 appearances for Chelsea, scoring seven goals and providing nine assists.
The midfielder has 18 caps for the England national team.
