‘I was shy, but I managed to talk to him’. Paolini on Neymar at the WTA Tour Finals
Italian tennis player Yasmin Paolini spoke about meeting Al-Hilal forward Neymar at the WTA Tour Finals in Riyadh.
‘I don't watch the matches every week, but when I saw Neymar I said to myself, ‘Oh my ***** , is he here?’ I was a little bit shy, but in the end I managed to talk to him,’ Ubitennis quoted Paolini as saying.
In the first match of the final tournament Paolini defeated Elena Rybakina (7:6 (7:5), 6:4), the world number five from Kazakhstan, in two sets.
Paolini's next opponent will be China's Qinwen Zheng.
