It has been revealed when the hearings regarding Manchester City's 115 breaches will commence

The date for the hearings concerning Manchester City's 115 financial breaches has been confirmed, as reported by Sky Sports.

To recap, in February 2023, the English Premier League (EPL) accused City of 115 different violations of financial regulations from the 2009/10 season to the 2017/18 season.

The hearings are scheduled to begin next Monday, September 16.

The EPL claims that the club failed to adhere to UEFA’s financial fair play rules for a five-year period and did not fully cooperate with the league's investigation.

The hearings are expected to last approximately 10 weeks, during which the parties will present their cases, supported by legal evidence. A decision is not anticipated before March 2025. However, should Manchester City be found guilty, either partially or fully, it is likely that the club will appeal the decision, thereby delaying any potential sanctions.
