Kane comments on Solanke's move to Tottenham

Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane has shared his thoughts on the transfer of Bournemouth forward Dominic Solanke to Tottenham Hotspur.

The London club recently announced the acquisition of the 26-year-old England international for a fee of €64 million plus €9 million in add-ons. Solanke's transfer marks the most expensive signing in the history of Spurs.

«He plays with high intensity, high speed. He'll definitely get chances in this team with the way Ange plays. I think it’s a really good signing. I saw him in the dressing room and wished him all the best, and of course, I hope he has a great season», — Kane was quoted as saying by journalist Florian Plettenberg.

In other news, Bayern Munich recently defeated Tottenham 3-2 in an away friendly as part of the Visit Malta Cup.

Dominic Solanke has been with Bournemouth since January 2019. Last season, the forward scored 21 goals and provided four assists in 42 appearances for the Cherries. In total, he has recorded 29 goals and 13 assists in 134 games in the Premier League.

The player’s market value is estimated at €40 million by Transfermarkt.
