Luton Town captain resumes training after cardiac arrest
Luton Town captain Tom Lockyer has resumed training after suffering a cardiac arrest during a match, the English club's press office reports.
On December 16, 2023, the defender lost consciousness and experienced cardiac arrest during an English Premier League (EPL) match against Bournemouth.
Lockyer was under the care of leading consultants in London and Amsterdam, where he completed the final phase of his rehabilitation at a specialized clinic. In the near future, Lockyer will follow an individual training program.
