Mbappé discussed his adaptation at Real Madrid
Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappé has shared his thoughts on adapting to the club's squad.
«Is there an end to adaptation? Am I supposed to name a specific date? It’s normal for a player like me to join a team where many things change; I’m not insane. We play every three days, so we can’t train too much. However, as a player, I know I can definitely perform much better than I did in the match against Betis,» Mbappé said, as reported by Marca.
In the match against Betis during the fourth round of La Liga, the Frenchman netted a brace, scoring from open play and then converting a penalty. He has now tallied three goals in five matches for Real Madrid.
The player's contract with the club runs until the summer of 2029. According to Transfermarkt, Mbappé's market value stands at €180 million.
