McLaren Overtakes Red Bull in Constructors' Championship
On Sunday, 15th September, Australian driver Oscar Piastri from McLaren secured victory at the 17th round of the Formula 1 season, the Azerbaijan Grand Prix. The race took place in Baku.
This triumph allowed the British team McLaren to surpass the Austrian outfit Red Bull in the Constructors' Championship. McLaren now leads with 475 points, while Red Bull has dropped to second place with 456 points.
The next round of the Formula 1 season will take place from 20th to 22nd September in Singapore.
