Russian tennis star Daniil Medvedev has ended his run at the exhibition tournament, the 'Six Kings' Trophy, after suffering defeat at the hands of Italy's Jannik Sinner.
The match lasted 1 hour and 9 minutes, culminating in a scoreline of 0-6, 3-6.
The tournament is being held from October 16 to 19 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Alongside Medvedev and Sinner, the competition features high-profile players such as Serbia's Novak Djokovic, Spaniards Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz, as well as Denmark's Holger Rune.
