Pittsburgh announces new contract with 37-year-old Crosby

The Pittsburgh Penguins have announced the signing of a new contract with their captain, Sidney Crosby.

The new deal with the 37-year-old player is set for two years and will come into effect starting from the 2025/2026 season.

Crosby registered 94 points (42 goals, 52 assists) in 82 games during the last NHL regular season. Throughout his career with Pittsburgh, the Canadian has won the Stanley Cup three times.
