Pérez Vows to Do Whatever It Takes for Red Bull's Victory
Mexican driver Sergio Pérez has expressed his commitment to the Red Bull team.
"I've never had any doubts. For Red Bull, the main focus is on the job at hand, and we have a lot of work to do. Everything else is pure speculation driven by various motives. One must remember that in sports, there are many motives. I'm pretty good at ignoring distractions, though I acknowledge I can still improve. It's crucial to understand that the important thing is to maximize your career and potential. Give everything for your team, because at the end of the day, they are the ones who believe in you, they are the ones who support you, and I will give everything for my team. It's easy to say, 'I don't care what people say.' But I strive to worry less and less about it each time, and I'm still working on that," Pérez told The Times.
Last summer, reports suggested that Pérez was close to leaving Red Bull. The driver has been with the team since 2021.
