Rogan: «I'd Fly to the Moon to See a du Plessis vs Pereira Fight»

UFC commentator Joe Rogan has expressed his thoughts on league champion Dricus du Plessis' victory over Israel Adesanya.

«I mentioned that Adesanya shouldn't engage in exchanges; as soon as he got hit, everything went downhill for him. Du Plessis has an unconventional technique, he hits hard, and can take a punch. You can't write this guy off during a fight; he doesn't give up. He did something no one else had done before—he choked out Izzy! It's an insane victory. He might move up to light heavyweight and try to beat Pereira. If that fight happens, I'd fly to the moon to commentate on it. I really want to see it,» MMA Fighting quotes Rogan as saying.

In the early hours of August 18, Dricus du Plessis defeated Israel Adesanya by submission at UFC 305, successfully defending his middleweight championship title.

Throughout his MMA career, du Plessis has won 22 fights and lost twice. Adesanya has 24 wins and four losses on his record.
